Jogler, LLC is a Baton Rouge, Louisiana manufacturer of high quality Magnetic Level Gauges, Magnetostrictive Transmitters, Direct-Reading Level Gauges with armored shield, Sight Flow Indicators, Specific Gravity Analyzers, Point Level Switches and other accessories. Jogler products are custom designed to meet customer specifications and manufactured to applicable ASME B31.1 and B31.3 code requirements to ensure reliable operation and maintenance free design. Jogler’s manufacturing capabilities have increased to include CNC machining, advanced machine for extruded process connections, welding machines, water jet machine, glass lathe, in-house powder paint capabilities. Also offers X-ray, PMI with and without carbon content, post weld heat treatment, epoxy painting, clean service for oxygen. Our advanced manufacturing capabilities coupled with internal quality processes ensure on time delivery and reduced lead times to the customers.
JOGLER BIOGRAPHY
Jogler, LLC was originally incorporated in 1965 by Jerry O’Grin and Larry E. Reynolds. Their primary line of products were Direct-Reading level gauge and the in-line flow indicators. The company was purchased by Bill Jackson, a commercial HVAC supplier. In 1994 Jogler began to market a line of Magnetic Level Gauges primarily to the oil and Gas industry in the gulf coast region of the United States. Jogler was acquired by Tony Harper in July of 2013, Tony has over 25 years of experience in the process control industry and most recently as the former owner of K-Tek LLC until its sale in 2008 to Ampersand Ventures (a private equity firm). Tony Harper, CEO has an extensive knowledge in level measurement technologies and instrumental in design and development of the Magnetic Level Gauge and Magnetostrictive Transmitter products. Tony’s passion for design lead to the improvements in visual indicators used on the Jogler Magnetic Level Gauges by eliminating the common flipper breakage and twisting problems that are present in the industry.

The Jogler JS-10/JS-30 Series switches are magnetically actuated point level switches.
The JS-10 (1 amp) and JS-30 (3 amp) can be configured as a SPDT or DPDT and are available in a
“flying lead” configuration (no enclosure), an epoxy-coated Aluminum enclosure, or a 316
stainless steel enclosure. The JS-10 is a low power switch best suited for DCS or PLC inputs.
The JS-30 is a high power switch used to actuate larger relays and solenoid valves. The JS-10/JS-30 switches re non-intrusive level switches
that require no contact with the process fluid and have no wetted parts.
